Introduction

From the 17th to the 21st of July, 2025, Bethany International Church hosted a powerful children’s gospel campaign in Tanzania under the theme ‘Children’s mission with The Rucks.’ This week-long event was a joyous and impactful time of ministry specifically designed for children, with a focus on the love of Jesus, biblical truths, and discipleship through engaging activities.

Attendance

We were blessed to have a total of 106 children in attendance throughout the week. The children came from different backgrounds and communities, eager to learn, sing, play, and grow in their understanding of God.

Program Highlights

Bible teaching: Heather and Tony Ruck, a dedicated Missionary couple passionate about children’s ministry, led the sessions each day. Their teachings were engaging, filled with stories, skits, visual aids and interactive learning.

Worship and Praise: Every session included vibrant worship with songs and dances that the children enjoyed and actively participated in.

Games and Crafts: Fun activities were incorporated to reinforce biblical lessons in creative and memorable way.

Impact

The four days were truly life-changing for many of the children. Seeds of the gospel were planted in young hearts, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement. We witnessed children praying, asking questions about the bible and openly sharing what they learned.

Appreciation

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Heather and Tony Ruck for their Faithful service, love, and investment in the lives of Tanzania children. Their visit has left a lasting mark and we pray that the impact continues to grow in the days ahead.

Conclusion

The ‘Children Missions campaign was a great success, bringing together over a hundred children for four days of fun, faith and fellowship. We are deeply grateful to God for what he has done, and we look forward to more opportunities to reach and disciple children in Tanzania.
